Short Week

Today and yesterday they give me the 3 year olds. I like them a lot. There is a good mix in this group. Sweet and Sour. But Mondays are always hard for them. So there was a lot of Ms will you do this, Ms will you do that. There was a lot of I can't do it! I can't! I can't! I can't put my leg in my snow pants you have to help me. This seemed to me to be pretty much an automatic thing putting your leg into your snow pants. But I guess if you are 3 its not. So it took us an hour to get everyone dressed and outside. We stayed out for about 20 minutes and came in.

Then I was told I had to take the other group too. Which I find very strange and cheap of the day care to do this. So both days I had 3, 4, and school ages. Which is loud and crazy. But we made it through. We played doctor. They seem to really like being sick and going to the ER. They also love to be bandaged up. There was a lot of fake crying and a lot of Doctor help me. Help me please. I glanced at Kiwi once and he was all bandaged up and stretched out in his little chair and he had a basket covering his face. I think the doctor may not have gotten to him as soon as he should have. This may mean the kids have the ER time continuum sorted out correctly.

December 23

Oh, the days have just flown by. Tomorrow we are closed and I shall miss my little darlings. Today I got the great idea of a movie and popcorn. The movie I picked was Star Wars the original one in VHS. We don't have a dvd player. I thought this would be awesome for all my young masters. They watched about 20 minutes of it and then they grabbed their bankies and worn them. Then some of them watched and some of them were off and about. Darth Vader was a hit but I guess they were just too wound up for Christmas to settle down any. They talked me into going upstairs and opening up my presents so we did that. That was good for another ten minutes. The best fun I had this day was making them all say Merry Christmas to every single person who left. They had to say it loud and in a group...for some reason that just made my christmas very merry!

SNOW

Yay! Snow is the answer to all our problems. Kids love snow and so do I! We shall build and build and build. If we get cold we will go inside drink hot water and then go outside and build more snow forts, snowmen, snowwomen, snow kids, snowshoes, and snow dogs. I cannot wait!

Gingerbread men

And last week I made my young masters gingerbread men as a garland...so they had to decorate them with eyes and buttons and mouths....so Ernesto put penis' and balls on all of his...and he sat there and did one after the other and said what he was doing out loud while he was doing it....heres a penis and here is his balls and here is his penis and here are his balls...so I went and told Mimi..I told him to stop it but he wont...she made him sit in her room...he cryed but we all laughed about it because even tho it was inappropriate it was damn funny!
